| (1) | The provisions of regulation 29(1)(a), (b) and (c) and (2)(c) and (d) shall apply with the necessary changes to the particulars which must appear on a container of seed which is imported into the country, or on a label attached to such container, except that the name and address of the premises where such seed is sold, is not required. |
