| (1) | The maximum mass of a seed lot of a kind of plant indicated in column 1 of Table 4 must be in accordance with the mass specified in column 13 of said table or the latest version of the ISTA rules for the kind concerned: Provided that the maximum seed lot size of any kind of plant may not be exceeded by more than 5%. |
| (2) | In the case of coated seed, the maximum seed lot size may not exceed 1 billion seeds or 42 tons, regardless of the kind of plant. |
