| (1) | The Council may increase fees as contemplated in Regulation 2(a), by way of a Board Notice. |
| (2) | The Council must publish Board Notice on its website inviting comments or inputs on the proposed fee increment for a period of not less than thirty (30) days prior to the increment contemplated in subregulation (1). |
