The course for a qualification in pharmacy must extend over a minimum period of four years: Provided that if the course for a qualification in pharmacy includes practical training to the satisfaction of council of not less than one year or periods of not less than one year in the aggregate, as part of the undergraduate studies, under the supervision of the provider concerned, such course must extend over a minimum period of five years.
