A qualification in pharmacy listed in the Regulations Relating to Qualifications obtained in the Republic entitling Pharmacists to Registration shall entitle the holder thereof to registration in terms of the Act as a pharmacist: Provided that—
| (1) | he or she has complied with the requirements for practical training in terms of these Regulations; and |
| (2) | he or she has complied with all statutory requirements for registration as a pharmacist. |
