Every committee, at the relevant levels of the National Qualifications Framework in the mining industry, must—
| (a) |
make recommendations to the Authority on— |
| (i) |
the generation of education and training standards and qualifications; |
| (ii) |
the assessment of education and training standards and qualifications; and |
| (iii) |
the accreditation and moderation of education and training providers and assessors; |
| (b) |
undertake activities necessary for the development and implementation of the National Qualifications Framework; |
| (c) |
co-ordinate the activities and consider the reports of its subcommittees; and |
| (d) |
perform such other functions delegated or assigned to it by the Authority. |
