I DAVID MSIZA, Chief Inspector of Mines, under section 49 (6) of the Mine Health and Safety Act, 1966 (Act No. 29 of 1996) and after consultation with the Council, hereby issues the guideline for an occupational health programme (occupational hygiene and medical surveillance) for thermal stress in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act, as set out in the Schedule.
