| (a) | In these regulations, any word or phrase to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act or Regulations, shall have that meaning and, unless the context indicates otherwise— |
"the Act"
means the Films and Publications Act, 1996 (Act No. 65 of 1996);
"the Regulations"
means any Regulations made in terms of the Act.
