| (1) | For the duration of the Permit issued in terms of regulation 17(3) the commercial online distributor shall within a reasonable period of time and upon request by the FPB make available any or all the classification decisions of, the publications, where applicable, films or games in order to assess whether the classification decision by the commercial online distributor is in line with the Classification Guidelines of the FPB. |
| (2) | The FPB may submit any written queries to the commercial online distributor in relation to the application of the Act, these Regulations and the Classification Guidelines of the FPB. |
