| (1) | The Council shall, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year prepare a report on all the activities of the Board, Council, Appeal Tribunal and Enforcement Committee during that financial year, and on the financial position of Board, Council, Appeal Tribunal and an Enforcement Committee as at the end of that financial year. |
| (2) | The report contemplated in subsection (1), together with the audited balance sheet and accounts pertaining to the funds of the Board, Council, Appeal Tribunal and an Enforcement Committee shall be submitted to the Minister for tabling in Parliament. |
