The fees above are applied in a stepped fashion (i.e. If a distributor offers more than 1,000 titles, the "0 to 499 titles" fee is applied for the first 499 titles, the "500 to 999 titles" fee is applied for the next 500 tittles, and the "1 000 + titles" fee is applied for the remaining titles).
The above online distributor annual license fees are capped at 2 297 823.79 million Rands.
