A notice to remove non-compliant films, games and publications must be on Form BOARD/NR, attached as Annexure "P", and contain the following information:—
| (a) | The name and physical address of the business; |
| (b) | the date of the notice; |
| (c) | the section of the Act contravened; |
| (d) | the number and list of titles of films, games and publications to be removed; |
| (e) | the conditions of such removal; and |
| (f) | a statement of the right to object to the notice of removal. |
