| (1) | If a publication is a magazine or newspaper classified as "X18" or which contains depictions, descriptions or scenes of explicit sexual conduct, which would have justified an ‘X18’ classification, it must be distributed in a non-transparent wrapper, which is marked "X18" and, except for a newspaper contemplated in section 16(1) and (2) of the Act, the certificate of classification must be conspicuously displayed on the bottom right hand corner of the magazine cover. |
| (2) | If a publication is a book which is classified as "X18" or which contains depictions, descriptions or scenes of explicit sexual conduct, which would have justified an “X18” classification, the conditions of display of the certificate of classification shall be imposed by the classification committee. |
