Chapter 2 : Film and Publication Board, Council, Appeal Tribunal and Enforcement Committee

Purchase

(1)	The expenditure in connection with the performance of the functions, the exercise of powers and the carrying out of the duties of the Council, Appeal Tribunal, Enforcement Committee and an advisory panel shall be defrayed from money appropriated by Parliament for that purpose.

(1A)	All monies lawfully acquired by the Board in the performance of its functions must be utilized to achieve the objects of this Act.

(2)	The chief executive officer shall be the accounting officer of the Board.

(3)	The books of account and financial statements shall be audited by the Auditor-General.
