An application for the reclassification of a game shall be made to the Board on Form FPB/17/RC, together with the prescribed fee.
| (a) | Where there have been changes to the game since it was last classified, the provisions of subsections (b), (c), (d) and (e) of section 2 of these Regulations shall apply to every application for reclassification. |
