| (1) | Representatives of the commercial online distributor responsible for classification of publications, where applicable, films or games intended for distribution in South African may in terms of section 18C(3) of the Act be requested to attend a training workshop to be organized and provided by the FPB on the Act, these Regulations and/or the Classification Guidelines of the FPB at a time and venue as agreed between the parties from time to time. |
