(1)	A compliance officer may issue a notice of contravention on Form BOARD/NC, attached as Annexure "O", to any person who is found to have been in contravention of provisions of the Act.

(2)	The notice of contravention contemplated in subregulation (1) shall contain the following information:

(a)	The date of contravention;

(b)	the provision of the Act contravened;

(c)	a statement explaining the steps taken to determine that there is contravention of the Act; and

(d)	the date of a follow-up visit.
