40. Quarterly report by the Enforcement Committee

(1)

Within 30 (thirty) days after the end of each quarterly period of each financial period, the Enforcement Committee shall prepare and submit or cause to be prepared and submitted to the Council of the FPB a report on the matters presented before it for the applicable preceding quarter and the status of same.
