| (1) | Every hearing is to be in public except that a hearing or part of a hearing may be in private if the Enforcement Committee is satisfied that it will be considering information which is, in the opinion of the Enforcement Committee, which may not be disclosed to the public. |
| (2) | Where a hearing, or part of it, is to be held in private, the Enforcement Committee may determine who is entitled to attend the hearing or part of it. |
