| (1) | Any distributor, other than that of a publication, or a film, that is published or exhibited by a member of the Press Council of South Africa or an advertisement that falls under the jurisdiction of the Advertising Regulatory Board contemplated in section 16(1) and (2) of the Act, who has been issued with a registration certificate by the FPB as such of a publication, film or game and who wishes to distribute online any publication, which falls within the ambit of section 16(2) of the Act, or a film or game, in terms of section 18 of the Act, must, unless that publication, film or game is already classified by the FPB, submit such publication, film or game for classification. |
