| (1) | [Classification and Licencing Subprogramme to provide the standard terms and conditions] |
| (2) | These standard terms and conditions may be amended from time to time by the FPB in accordance with section 18 of the Act. |
| (3) | Upon the coming into force of any such amendment, the standard terms and conditions, as amended, shall be binding on all current and future holders of any registration certificate. |
| (4) | Nothing in these standard terms and conditions shall absolve a distributor or exempt a distributor from any requirement in law or otherwise to obtain any additional licences or permits as may be necessary for the distribution of content and for the exercise of its rights or discharge of its obligations under the registration certificate issued by the FPB. |
