| (1) | An application for the classification of a film which has been exempted in terms of section 22 or 23 of the Act shall, if it is intended for general distribution, be made on the relevant Form provided by the FPB or submitted through an electronic system accessible on its website, and accompanied by proof of payment of the prescribed fee. |
