| (1) | An application for the re-classification of a film, game or publication in terms of section 18B of the Act, shall be made by completing and submitting to the Board on Form BOARD/RC, attached as Annexure "G", accompanied by the prescribed fee. |
| (2) | Where the film, game or publication is not, in all respects, the same as that which was first classified in terms of the Act, a copy of the film or game, if it was in a home-entertainment format, or a copy of the publication, incorporating any changes made since it was first classified, must be submitted with the application form. |
| (3) | In the case of a film or game in a public-entertainment format, the applicant shall, where required to do so, at his or her own expense, make arrangements for the exhibition of the film, or a demonstration of the game, to the Board on a date and at a time and venue appointed by the Board. |
