| 9.1 | Following the feasibility study consultation8, which determined that this band should be assigned exclusively for IMT, existing fixed service licensees will have their licences amended and be moved to a different destination band. |
| 9.2 | The migration of Fixed and Outside Broadcast links out of this band to the new destination band shall be completed by 31st March 2023. |
