| 10.1 | Following on from the paragraph 9.1 above (i.e., Transitional Arrangements), all Broadcasting licences will be amended by the Authority in accordance with the Digital Migration Regulations7 read with Radio Frequency Migration Regulations, 20135. |
| 10.2 | The Radio Frequency Spectrum Licences issued for the use of this band shall be amended in accordance with regulation 8 of the Radio Frequency Spectrum Regulations, 2015 as amended. |
