Independent Communications Authority of South Africa
I, Paris Mashile, Chairperson of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ("the Authority") hereby approve and publish the Sport Broadcasting Services Regulations set out in the Schedule and made by the Authority in terms of section 60(1) and (2), read with section 4(1) of the Electronic Communications Act, 2005 (Act No. 36 of 2005).
