| 1. | The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa, in terms of regulation 26 of the Regulations on the Use of Television White Spaces 2018, hereby declares the Regulations on the Use of Television White Spaces 2018 in force. |
| 2. | Therefore, interested Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISPs) and users of Television White Spaces who meet minimum requirements may contact the qualified S-GLSD service prover for subscription to use the SGSLD service. |
| 3. | A list of certified S-GLSD service providers may be obtained from the following Uniform Resource Locator (URL): |
