| (1) | A WSD must at first power-on, and at any time after it has been relocated 100 m or more: |
| (a) | store its geo-location coordinates; |
| (b) | store its antenna height; |
| (2) | The maximum permitted transmit antenna height of a Master WSD must not exceed: |
| (a) | 30 m AGL in the urban areas; and |
| (b) | 80 m AGL in the rural areas. |
