Independent Communications Authority of South Africa
The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (“the Authority”) hereby issues a notice:
| 1. | Granting Licensees an extension to submit Radio Frequency Spectrum Licence renewal applications provided for in Regulation 10 of the Radio Frequency Spectrum Regulations as published in Government Gazette No. 38641 of 2015 from 1 April to 30 June 2020, during which time the existing licences remain valid; and |
| 2. | Granting Licensees an extension to pay renewal fees for Radio Frequency Spectrum Licences renewal applications, provided for in Regulation 10 of the Radio Frequency Spectrum Regulations, as published in Government Gazette No. 38641 of 2015 from 31 March to June 30 2020. |
This extension is only applicable to the 2020/2021 Licence Period
