Rules for Services operating in the Frequency Band 2500 to 2690 MHz (IMT2600)
| 1. | The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ("the Authority"), hereby publishes the Radio Frequency Spectrum Assignment Plan for the frequency band 2500 to 2690 MHz in terms of sections 30, 31(4), and 33 of the Electronic Communications Act (Act No. 36 of 2005), as amended, read with regulation 3 of the Radio Frequency Spectrum Regulations, 2015 and the International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT) Roadmap 2014 and the IMT Roadmap 2019. |
| 2. | This Radio Frequency Spectrum Assignment Plan supersedes any previous spectrum assignment arrangements for the same spectrum location. |
