| (1) | The offices of the Commission are open to the public every Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, from 08h30 to 15h30. |
| (2) | Despite subregulation (1) in exceptional circumstances the Commission may accept documents for filing on any day and at any time. |
| (3) | Any communication to the Commission, or to a member of the staff of the Commission, may be delivered to the address determined by the Commission from time to time in the Government Gazette. |
