DEPARTMENT OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY
I, Dr Rob Davies, Minister of Trade and Industry, hereby issue the Amended Construction Sector Code in terms of section 9(1) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, 2003 (Act No. 53 of 2003) as amended by the B-BBEE Act 46 of 2013; and determine that these Codes will come into effect on the date of this publication.
