| (1) | The Minister may at any time review an exemption granted in terms of the Act and may— |
| (a) | withdraw the exemption; |
| (b) | amend or remove any condition to which the exemption is subject, or add the conditions that may be necessary; |
| (c) | amend the scope of the exemption; or |
| (d) | take any other step in regard to the exemption. |
