Use of Official Languages Act, 2012 (Act No. 12 of 2012)3. Application of Act |
| (1) | This Act applies to— |
| (a) | national departments; |
| (b) | national public entities; and |
| (2) | This Act takes precedence over any inconsistent provision of any other law on the use of official languages by national government. |
