16.1	The Policy shall be published in line with the determination made in paragraph 8 and 9 above.

16.2	The Policy shall be available on the Department's website (https://www.justice.gov.za) and a weblink shall be provided on the website for easy access.

16.3	The Policy may be made available in hard copy at the Department's national office and regional offices.

16.4	The Department shall publish this Policy in the Gazette as soon as practicable, but within 90 days of its adoption.
