In these Regulations, unless the context indicates otherwise, a word or expression that is defined in the Act bears the same meaning as in the Act, and—
"non-motorised transport"
means all forms of transport that do not rely on an engine or a motor for mobility;
"the Act"
means the National Land Transport Act, 2009 (Act No. 5 of 2009).
