| (1) | Every planning authority must submit electronic and hard copies of its integrated transport plan after approval thereof to the NPTR and relevant PRE within seven days of such approval, as required by section 36(6) of the Act. |
| (2) | Planning authorities and regulatory entities must allow operators or prospective operators to examine those plans on payment of the fee specified in Schedule 2. |
