The e-hailing platform administration function must at least include the following:
| (a) | Driver and user management; |
| (b) | Location and fares management using the latest updated maps; |
| (c) | Booking and payment management; |
| (d) | Vehicle management; |
| (e) | Driver orders and payoffs management, and |
| (f) | Customer service centre to report passenger experiences. |
