| (1) | PREs have the powers contemplated in regulation 5(1) and (2), reading in the necessary changes. |
| (2) | The PRE may investigate any matter relating to land transport in the province and make recommendations thereon to the MEC. |
| (3) | Subregulations (1) and (2) apply in a province unless the MEC has made a replacing regulation. |
