Subject to any regulations made in terms of section 61 of the Act, a person wishing to apply for a temporary operating licence under section 60 of the Act must apply to the regulatory entity to which application must be made for normal operating licences by submitting the completed application form shown in Schedule 1 with the application fee specified in Schedule 2.
