A temporary operating licence must at least contain the following particulars:
| (a) |
The name and address of the holder; |
| (b) |
the registration number, make, vehicle identification number, type and seating or passenger capacity of the vehicle; |
| (c) |
the number of the temporary operating licence; |
| (d) |
in the case of a service other than a courtesy service, the number of the holder's operating licence or permit; |
| (e) |
the period for which it was granted, which may not be longer than the period of the actual Event, i.e. 11 June to 11 July 2010, but may include 14 days before 11 June or 14 days after 11 July 2010; and |
| (f) |
in the case of a contracted event service— |
| (i) |
the name of the host city or other public institution; and |
| (ii) |
the contract or appointment reference number. |
