PROCLAMATION
of the
President of the Republic of South Africa
In terms of section 96 of the National Land Transport Act, 2009 (Act No. 5 of 2009), I hereby determine the 31 August 2009 as the date on which sections 1, 3, 8(1), (3) and (4), 11(1), 40, 41, 42, 43, 46, 56 and 91 shall come into operation.
