| (1) | An application to a MRE for conversion of a permit to an operating licence must be lodged by submitting the completed standard application form shown in Schedule 1, together with the information and documents specified in the form and the application fee specified in Schedule 2. |
| (2) | Regulation 2(2) to (4) also applies to such an application, with the necessary changes. |
