Emergency Care Personnel may, whenever they regard it necessary or expedient in order to perform their functions of saving life or preventing bodily harm, perform any act reasonably necessary, in order to enable them to perform their functions, and may also, subject to the applicable law—

close any road or street; |
| (b) |
enter or break into any premises; |
| (c) |
damage or destroy any property; |
| (d) |
cause to be removed from the scene any person who is dangerous, or is in danger, or who obstructs the Emergency Care Personnel in the performance of their duties; and |
| (e) |
cause to be removed from the scene any Emergency Care Personnel that refuses appropriate levels of care to a patient that requires higher qualification intervention. |
