PROCLAMATION
by the
President of the Republic of South Africa
In terms of section 9 of the National Health Amendment Act, 2013 (Act No. 12 of 2013) ("the Act") I hereby determine 02 September 2013 as the date on which the said Act, save for sections 2 and 3 of the Act, shall come into operation.
