Purchase

(1)	The name of the Emergency Medical Service must—

(a)	be approved by the Head of Department;

(b)	contain the words Emergency Medical Service as the final three words;

(c)	be unique and not be the same or similar to another accredited Emergency Medical Service provider; and

(d)	be displayed on all vehicles.
