| (1) | The name of the Emergency Medical Service must— |
| (a) | be approved by the Head of Department; |
| (b) | contain the words Emergency Medical Service as the final three words; |
| (c) | be unique and not be the same or similar to another accredited Emergency Medical Service provider; and |
| (d) | be displayed on all vehicles. |
