| 1. | Keep both hands on the handgrips. |
| 2. | Steer in a controlled manner to avoid cutting or negotiating comers and bends too wide. |
| 3. | Steer smoothly. |
| 4. | If possible, do not wander over lane markings. |
| 5. | Adjust position according to moving or stationary hazards. |
| 6. | Counter steer when necessary. |
