A valid exemption certificate issued under section 137 of the Road Traffic Act, 1989 (Act No. 29 of 1989), shall remain valid up and until a date determined in a provincial law that makes provision for such a exemption certificate, and shall from that date be dealt with in the manner prescribed in such provincial law.
