I, Grace Naledi Mandisa Pandor, MP, Minister of Education, hereby prescribe in terms of section 41, read with section 69 of the Higher Education Act, 1997, the information to be contained in and format of an annual report of the council of a public higher education institution. This policy document replaces the previous regulations published on 29 August 2003, Government Gazette No. 25407.
