CHANCELLOR
| (1) | At least three months before the office of chancellor becomes vacant by the effluxion of time the registrar must notify every member of the council, and the council must elect a new chancellor as soon as practicable in accordance with paragraph 38. |
| (2) | If the office of chancellor becomes vacant for any other reason, the registrar must notify every member, and the council must elect a new chancellor as soon as practicable in accordance with paragraph 40. |
